Class Descriptions

Power Flow 

This intermediate level class honors all those yogis who have a passion for flowing. This class is designed to challenge your endurance and cardiovascular system through long sequences of flow repeated several times. Correct alignment of the postures combined with correct breathing techniques is emphasized by the instructor. Explore more challenging variations of poses including salutation variations, backbends, arm balances, and inversions, as well as more complex breath work. Sequencing moves at a slightly faster pace, although pose modifications are always offered. Come with an open mind and open heart!


Yoga Flow

This steadily moving flow gets you warm by linking posture and breath leaving you feeling refreshed and restored. You'll build focus and total body strength that's well beyond what can be accomplished in a gym. Great class for beginners as well as seasoned Yogi's


Slow Flow

Postures practiced at a gentler pace with attention to alignment and detail. Recommended for all levels especially those newer to yoga or working with special concerns or injuries.


Power Flow + Restore: A power flow class that ends with 15 minutes of restorative yoga poses that allow you to leave class rested and relaxed after a great workout.


Yoga Flow + Abs

Our signature Yoga Flow class with a "twist". Enjoy a strength building flow of yoga postures that are concentrated and derived from the core. Learn how to move from a place of power and connect from the inside out.
