Allison has been active in many sports including gymnastics, golf and soccer throughout her life. Allison fell in love with Yoga and began practicing and studying 7 years ago. She has expanded her studio instruction to include private in-home instruction and corporate yoga, through her company, Yo2go, the yoga studio that comes to you.
Allison started her company Yo2go out of pure ambition and enthusiasm for yoga. She enjoys working with and inspiring others to be proactive about their health and wellness. Through the convenience of Yo2go, Our hope to our clients is by taking time to care for themselves one can then take better care of others. Allison is also passionate about empowering girls and young women and likes to participate in charitable foundations throughout Lexington, Kentucky.
