This proves effective for body tightness related to running, golfing, general aging, and repetitive motions related to working.

    Meg Detraz
Meg started practicing yoga seven years ago to add strength training and flexibility to her cardio workouts. She soon found that yoga was a great way to release stress, reduce anxiety and increase energy through breath control (pranayama) and the flow of poses (asanas) that make up a yoga class. She decided to pursue a 200 hour RYT hatha yoga teacher training at the OM Place in Winchester, KY. Meg’s Slow Flow class will focus on linking breath and movement in the vinyasa style to strengthen mind, body and spirit.
