12:30pm Infant Massage: Connect with baby through nurturing touch. Class will be guided by Lynn Squicciarini. For Baby, massage can encourage increase brain development and growth; stimulate body systems; aid in digestion; ease gas, constipation and congestion; provide relaxation and promote more restful sleep. Ages (0-movers) Please bring blankets and any comfort toys your little one needs.
3:30pm Mommy & Me Yoga: Have fun with your natural Yogi. Increase body awareness and help prepare for developmental milestones while bonding and flowing with your little one. Keep an open mind! Ages (2-5 years) Please bring yoga mat .

Inclement Weather Policy: In the event of bad weather this winter you will be notified of studio closing via Email, Television, and Website. We will send out a mass email to all clients and those registered for class notifying them of a class cancellation. (Be sure we have your correct email address on file.) We will also update our Website to include a Class Cancelation Notice, log onto our site using your user name and password. You will see “class cancelled’ next to class title. When possible Yo2go Studio will post class cancellation on WLEX 18. Feel free to call the studio or email if you have concern.
